HISTORY:

Brad Creighton founded A-1 Racing Products in 1989 several years after starting his racing career in a dirt late model at Grandview Speedway. After a couple of seasons on dirt, Mr. Creighton wanted to drive faster and to become a NASCAR driver, which led him to buy a NASCAR tour type asphalt modified. Racing at a third mile-high bank bull ring didn't come without a price. Yes, there were a lot of broken parts along the way. As a self-funded auto racer, he fabricated many of the repair parts himself and his fellow racers took notice. They began asking him to make parts for their cars. As the word spread, requests increased and led to the birth of A-1 Racing Products Inc.

Since, the company has grown to a significant specialty-equipment business providing auto racing parts and services that optimize racing performance and maximize driver safety, in a comfortable environment of trust. Today, A-1 Racing Products is one of the longest running specialty-equipment businesses respected for its reputation in the auto racing industry. Surviving industry consolidation, A-1 Racing Products is a modern company with old school racing values.
